Name me one concrete foreign policy success achieved by the Madame Secretary the past 4 years. Even Crazy Joe will outshine Hillary in accomplishments if it comes down to the both competing in 2016.

Iran's nuclear ambitions... nothing to worry about there! They don't have a bomb yet!
N. Korea testing intercontinental missiles... they don't know how to do that!
Syria killing 60,000 civilians... they're not ours!
Egypt turning on Israel... it's about time Netanyahu give in to peace!
Terrorism in the Middle East... hey, if you want an omelet, you have to break some eggs!
The freeing up of Libya... what difference does it make!
4 Dead Americans... WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE!!!
Al Qaeda on fire in Africa... WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE!!!!

You have to admit, that's an outstanding record for a Democrat!
