While I am 100% behind this event, I have questions as to why they do it during the workweek. Wouldn’t turnouts be better attended if they were on the weekends? Tho I don’t work in DC any more, I feel for the folks that do that have to battle the gridlock for these events during the workweek.
The only reason I knew about this was the priest's homily last weekend.
Haven't seen it covered anywhere else in the media.

The contrast in communications skills between the libs and the pro-lifers could not be more manifest. Apparently, people who like to kill babies possess little other than the "f" word in their lexicon.
EWTN provided live coverage from Washington DC, yesterday. Today, they are providing live coverage of the WALK FOR LIFE WEST COAST from San Francisco, January 26, 2:30 PM ET.
Weekdays are better because the marchers have a better chance of being seen by, and one hopes, disrupting the routine of, the complacent suburbanworkers who commute to the district. It isn’t the civil disobedience I’d like to see, but it’s the next best thing.

Worthless hacks at comcast lead with some march for gun control in DC, or basically the paid staffers in the area have to get out of bed early on a Saturday morn, poor babies should all be fired and banned for life from government contracts or work.
