Semi-automatic rifles are safer than hammers according to crime stats, but you don’t see anybody proposing restrictions on the types of Stanley hammers you can buy.

Especially EVIL are the Death Stick and Dead On framing hammers, can any hammer with those names really be for striking a nail HEAD? I think not!
