First of all, when a people have nothing left to lose, they 'lose it'. The American people most definitely can be pushed into armed rebellion - just like any people anywhere.
The difference is, at least a third of us - approximately 100 million, are sufficiently equipped to do so, against a tyrannical and out of control government.
How do The People stack up against the combined might of the US military? Well, the government has approximately 1.5 million under arms, and they're our brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, cousins, and grandchildren. The vast majority of them would flat refuse orders to suppress their own people through deadly force.
At best, the government might be able to mobilize a couple hundred thousand active jackboots, er....I mean troops, to do their dirty work. Then again, those jackboots would have to get past all the other armed services personnel who chose to live up to their oaths to defend and protect the Constitution.
Rest assured. What you envision will never come to pass.
Rebellion you say, but first they want to take your guns away. Those who are left to fight will be rounded up and taken to FEMA camps.
One thing to consider is when they come to take you away to a FEMA camp make sure you are “not home” even if you are on your property.
One way of doing this is to hunker down somewhere in your house and make sure it has decent IR shielding.
One thing I have heard people do is finish their atticks and add extra insulation in their attict and building a special shsided area with foil backed insulation up there which will shield IR and if the feds come a knocking you would go hide there untill they break in, search the area and then move on.
