It’s NOT stealing, it’s taking what is being freely offered before somebody else uses it to gain a market advantage on you. If your business regularly pays a lot more for land than your competition your business has higher costs, which must be passed onto customers, which puts you at a market disadvantage and eventually leads to you going out of business.
I work in the private sector. The difference between you and I is that I pay attention and bother to understand basic economics, and you just spout off hyperbole and pretend it has meaning.
