That is true, but the blame for that lies squarely at the feet of the federal government. Texas has a LOT of mixed families, too, and a lot of Hispanic families whose roots go all the way back to Texas independence days.One of the few responsibilities that the federal govt.has, and about the only one we need them for here in Texas is securing our border. And they aren’t doing it. In fact, they are doing just the opposite.
