Not me. The most efficient breast pump is the human infant. As a father, I have been known to do my part to facilitate the letdown reflex.
It’s actually not always true. I have a one-year-old and my wife breastfeed, as well as “pumped and fed”, and the baby would spend about 45 minutes at her breasts in a feeding, but if she pumped for about ten to fifteen minutes, she’d have enough to fill a bottle, which he would drain and be satisfied with in about five minutes, maybe ten.
