Obama’s ONLY plan:
1. Let everyone have citizenship who can swim here, climb here, walk here, or fly here.
2. Immediately put them on welfare and keep them on it.
3. Require nothing in return.
4. Secure their votes. Forever.
Oh, and:
4. Become a dictator for life and ruin the once great USA. Turn it into a Tower of Babylon.
