Then one of two things needs to happen NOW. Either Conservatives as a group have to decide that a new Party is needed and begin NOW to structure the framework of that Party, or we have to decide that we are going to conduct a hostile takeover of the current GOP, because if people like Rubio are going to be considered RINOs, there is not much left of the GOP to support.
