everyone is talking about Obama and how he can't issue executive orders against the 2nd amendment and that's true however no one is mentioning the fact that its also unconstitutional for congress to pass laws regulating the 2nd amendment.

If the NRA were playing hardball like they should they would be making this fact known. The 2nd amendment is as clear an unrestricted right as could be put into words. Any attempt to pass legislation is unconstitutional AND it's a violation of their oaths.

The ONLY legal act is to propose an amendment to the constitution and let the PEOPLE vote.
