Why doesn't Rush Limbaugh call for people to act? Is he only interested in making money on the controversy, or doing what is needed and right?

Why doesn't Rush Limbaugh call for people to act? We have no idea what has been threatened behind the scenes to people like Limbaugh, but I suspect he'll do what he can. The Chicago mob plays a very rough game of hardball; Act II of this drama will be interesting.
