To: Absolutely Nobama; Old Sarge
I’ll go along with Old Sarge. Here’s why.
While he held his first job after college (and apparently the only one in private sector, and for a short time) Obama wrote to his mother that he hated it because it was working for the enemy!
In his ghost written book, he confesses that during college years he was drawn to Marxist professors. These are documented admissions, and there may be others (I haven’t read his two books, and won’t read them) to illustrate Obama’s views and loyalties.

As I told Sarge, I can't argue his points. There are plenty of similarities to the USSR of the 1920's.
I've always looked at Nazi Germany and the USSR as exactly what they are: Collectivist leftist dictatorships. There are very few differences between the two. Yes, there was capitalism in the Third Reich, but it was under strict control of the Nazis. (Crony capitalism, anyone ?)
One of my favorite books on the subject is Liberal Fascism by Jonah Goldberg. A great read.
