Unfortunately he’s not real clear on how male and female parts are designed to use together.
That’s a great letter. He spells out the bottom line very well. As for his personal confusions; as long as it doesn’t affect his duties as a sheriff he’ll have to sort that out himself on his own time. I see he was re-elected.
