You have no idea how difficult it is to get a handgun permit here in NJ for home defense. Forget about CC. Never happen.Move. You can get on over here to Eastern NM / West TX and you would fit right in.

I was okay with it until they asked what rifles were associated with what sniper attacks. Just what part of the second am. Did that cover????

You have no idea how difficult it is to get a handgun permit here in NJCome on over to Pennsylvania. You can walk into most county sherrifs offices and leave the same afternoon with a concealed carry permit. They only cost $19.95 and they're good for five years. No classes, no tests, no hassle. If you're smart enough to put $19.95 together, you're trustworthy enough to carry concealed.
If you've got the money, Pennsylvania trusts it's citizens with full automatic weapons. NO magazine restrictions, no bullet restrictions.

Though I will say one question I got wrong because I assumed a district court was at least marginally competent on firearms. I should have known better. They asked if the 2nd guaranteed our rights, not whether some court limited them.
Not clear at this time is stupid.

I got them all right and I only had to guess on one. Ive been hammering the political boards for the last couple of months and have done a lot of research.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
11. Does the Second Amendment guarantee a personal right to own semi-automatic rifles that resemble the fully-automatic military versions of the same firearm?
So you agree with this statement?

# 13 Oh no! All those killers use a Bushmaster AR-15 type rifle? Then I guess we ought to ban them! /sarcasm
This is a psychological push poll to program ignorant and easily lead people. Answers to other questions were just plainly incorrect.

I didn’t say I agreed with it but if you read Heller, McDonald, and Miller you will see that this question has not been clearly answered by the SCOTUS yet.

You better add the Casket Sisters to your list. Though there are those who say that Marie Laveau was a descendant.
Oh, and my six pals. Beware of them.
