I really doubt it since his politics are to the left of the current Cuban regime. (It’s a good sign that they’re coming up with lame excuses like this since it probably means that there is a huge firestorm behind all the smoke.)

Anyone know if or how this Cuban Menendez may be related to the Menendez Brothers who shotgunned papá and mamacita out in LA? They were Cubans with a Jersey connection, and it seems this fellow entered politics right after some Menendez or other got control of the of the estate when the young fellows went to prison.
BTW, FL Cubans are Republicans. What's with these lame-ass Cubans from New Jersey? The Democrats love Fidel!
