METHOD Cook cup white rice in 2 cups chicken broth. Fluff
w/fork; add tbl lime juice, garlic/clove, pinch salt, 1/2 c shredded
cilantro, 14 oz can Hatch green enchilada sauce. Mix well w/ fork.
