Was the weapon available when the trial was held?

If so, case closed, as far as I’m concerned.

You wait long enough and apply for a new trial a lot of things will be missing. Witnesses die DNA grows old, things dissappear

It doesn mean the perp is innocent, just that sometimes they cannot get the same verdict.

I must admit, I didn’t follow this trial when it was in progress. But I think Zachs is complaining that his first attorney, never had the pistol *tested* to see if it would misfire.. It’s clear Zachs, didn’t like the thought of prison....I have no idea if the shooting was accidental or not.

What peaks my interest is that this was a FP story, and it pretty must flies in the face of all the liberal propaganda the Left throws out every day, about who and what kind of guns *people* should own.
