HOUSTON, TX. February 4, 2013 -True the Vote announced today that it filed a lawsuit against the St. Lucie County, Florida Supervisor of Elections, to enforce record inspection rights under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA) and the Florida Constitution. True the Vote demands that all records pertaining to the recent 18th Congressional District election and subsequent recounts between Rep. Allen West and Patrick Murphy be reviewed in order to perform a comprehensive third-party audit (True the Vote, Inc. v. Gertrude Walker in her official capacity as St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections, Civil Action (No 2:13cv14046.)).

Investigation into the theft of Allan West's congressional seat is underway, thank God.
Every concerned conservative should get involved in this excellent organization which is on the cutting edge of combating election fraud. They are a one-of-a-kind conservative activist group which may be our last hope.
Wouldn’t it be the Cat’s A$$ if they uncovered enough voter fraud to make West the winner? You would be able to hear the winers and bed-wetters hysterics all the way to the moon!!!
That would be the best news of the year so far.
Oops. Having link trouble here.
Fingers and toes crossed on this one.
St. Lucie County, my county.
I voted for Allen West.
Went to bed with him 2500 in the lead.
The supervisor of elections here in this county went in with two aides in the middle of the night and did a “recount” of early votes and all of the sudden West was 2500 behind.
Now the fact that Gertrude Walker the supervisor of elections here is a Negro and lifelong liberal democrap has nothing to do with anything.
I have NO confidence this was a fair election.
F-ing crooks I say.
The penalty should be termination
