So, if China and its huge population do nothing, then the US and its smaller population must self-destruct because the problem is simply too important. Well, if China does nothing, the problem won’t be affected by the US destroying its economic stability. The climate will remain unaltered but people in the US will suffer tremendously.
Of course, if the problem really is that serious, Andrea may just have to go it alone and save the climate herself. Save the world, Andrea.

Central control over oil use and cost is centralizing the means of production and use of personal property.
You can live in the subrubs, you just can’t afford to drive into work. You can have a gas powered car, you just can’t afford to drive it. You can have a three bedroom house, you just can afford to heat it. Better to take a one bedroom in the city projects on the bus line.
In addition it gives the richie riches a cut of all oil use in their carbon trading scam and gives the UN taxation power to redistribute wealth from the high energy use nations (the west) to poor nations.
