Calling RP a traitor is strange, it reminds me of the heavy handed tyranny of the Romney-tits in demonizing the other candidates and attacking/locking out Paul’s delegates and then expecting these folks to vote for Ted Kennedy’s little boot licker loser Romney. I think traitor sort of fits the idiots that think this broke country needs to intervene in every damn piss-up in the ME and the rest of the world. This type thinks that the GD DOD is an underfunded part of the State Dept and should be building bridges, schools and mosques in the Muslim countries. Actually, imagine if Ron Paul had gotten involved with Karl Rove years ago. Rove and Paul share a wide variety of characteristics. Rove is no enthusiast for the military or for war either. He is not known to be good at accessing graft from that issue area. Do you think Rove is any more dedicated to the babies or the institution of marriage (as opposed to the pervert American community's marriage campaign) than Paul. Neither really give a rat's patoot about such issues compared to their mutual passion for the protection of Muffie's trust fund and fealty to the spoiled and privileged.
Of course, you are right about a pathetic excuse for a candidate like Mittler but there were plenty of us at FR who recognized that, acted accordingly and did not embarrass ourselves by supporting El Run Paulie. We also recognized that a few eccentrics with rolling eyeballs, three rowboats, a supply of beanies with propellers on top and a few vintage blunderbusses were not sufficient to replace the entire US military, making it impossible for us to actually support Mohammed bin Paulie like his menagerie of supporters ranging from "American" Taliban to David Duke to Stormfront to Cindy Sheehan's and Code Pink's sycophants to the Neville Chamberlain Memorial Surrender Monkey Association.
