The new “green” dome cannot handle the load it used to handle.
Beyonce blew a big fuse to help keep the Super Dome lights on. The Super Dome is getting old. Hope it does not lose power during the NCAA’s women’s final fours, my UConn women most likely will go to NO in early April.
Some sports commentators were observing how many 49ers games over the past few years seemed to be earmarked with power outages in the stadiums.
This one happened right after an unforeseen kickoff return seemed to take the steam of the 49ers,...until the 40-80 min break in the game.
But, but, but...those new LEDs on the outside of the stadium only consume a few kilowatts. And - as told us by the DOE - it’s now “green”. As such, the stadium - in theory - should be consuming less power than before ...right? (Yup, I know they’ve added lots of other power-consuming bells and whistles, which we all know means that the place now consumes MORE power than it did before the flood.) Oops, “we” means those of us who are actual science types...and “we” does NOT mean the dolts/idiots/felons/ and educators in the gubmit.

And she is not even beautiful.
I read that the stage show used an independent generator. Not city/public power. A buzzing sound would seem to me to most likely be a relay. I’ve heard a lot of electrical devices produce buzzing sounds, but relays are really loud.
agreed, she;s all hyped up about her being beautiful and her singing is tbe best either.
The super bowl is all about the sports and yet all the media ever talk about and most people is the half time show, who sang, what they wore and the AD’s/

Back in bout 1973, I was running the lights when Miss America came on stage. Up came all the lights including the supers, some floods added at the last minute the night before.
After about three minutes, everything went out. I didn’t even have a light to see the panel.
Some brave Jaycee went running to the locker room where the circuit breakers were. After about 10 minutes we were up and running but without the added floods.
Miss America was cool as a cucumber. He mike worked and she entertained in pitch dark
I am betting it was a heat overload switch...when she had all those pyrotechincs burning..it shot straight up to the roof....and I bet some circut shut down because of the heat....and it took awhile for them to cool down and restart...
Those of us in Atlanta were happy to see the 49ers die by the same “no call” to end the game . . . Karma sucks doesn’t it SF?

So how come nobody’s axing why the telebision transmission went on uninterrupted? Does everyone assume that it runs on solar power? Wind from the studio windbags? Algy?
Do we have to be told by the MSM what questions to ask? Spoonfed baby food? Seriously!
The Empire controlling brains in this country, MSM, has its own private power sources. Ain’t that scary?
