You are thinking about this in too narrow a manner. This decision brings the possibility of the war paradigm into the law enforcement paradigm. I don’t know if the administration would actually conduct a drone strike against a “domestic terrorist” inside the country, but this scenario is much more likely now.

No it doesn’t. Look... I’m not going to back myself into defending Obama. But this particular thing is no different than what the Bush administration did to justify potential drone strikes against Americans that had joined Al Queda overseas. I didn’t have a problem with it then and I still don’t. There’s nothing about this that allows domestic use of drones to kill American citizens. There’s lots more to be worried about with this administration before we get paranoid about this one.
