Sen Menendez's business partners in the Dominican govt have cunnningly figured out the financial benefits to be derived from amnesty---establishing a permanent Dem majority of Third World "pressure groups" exchanging votes for foreign aid.

IMHO Hobama and CapitolHill Dems pushing for amnesty is little more than "penis envy" (cackle).

Hobama and the Dems are hot (excuse the expression) to amnestize the million Dominicans now living in the US.....many of them are just kids.
