Regardless what the evil morally devoid gender neutral baby killing leftist states IT is not the law of the land. At best it is a subjective guideline that outlines general wants rather than declare definitive legalities. It is a leftist scratch and sniff.

The subjective and arbitrary policies that are selectively applied and still being developed are NOT laws they are edicts from a tyrannical executive -edicts to be opposed.
