obama does not have to explain anything he does. Who will challenge him? The Republican Congress members? The Courts? The military? Other Officials who have duly and solemnly sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic?

If obama and his henchmen are not a domestic enemy of the Constitution, there will never be one.

Isikoff was on with Andrea Mitchel today explaining to the MSNBC audience, IIRC, that although Barry would certainly be trusted with the authority to kill any American citizen without any checks and balances, there is no guarantee that the next (implied GOP) president would be as trustworthy as Barry and he/she might use such power against dissenters on the left! So to protect American from future abuse of power perhaps, Barry might want to allow some additional oversight on his own drone strikes as demanded by the ACLU and EU.
