The problem is that when we cease to be ruled by laws and are subject to the whims of men, we have fully transitioned to tyranny.

I've been asking this very question since the illegal Obamacare debacle. The illegal bill that Nancy had to pass before we could find out what was in it.
They got away with it and we've been speeding up on that slippery slope since.
My question back then is unchanged. What options does the average citizen have when blatant illegality rules? That question has never been seriously discussed or answered.
