Yes, I agree, the child is being abused at home.

I am still stunned at the level of sexual awareness and activity of young children, though. My daughter used to work as a nanny for a two year old little girl, who spent hours masturbating every day. My daughter complained to the parents about it and the parents video taped her and took it to the doctor. The doctor told them to just put the child back in her crib whenever she did it and tell her that she couldn’t masturbate anywhere but in her own bed. The kid was fine with that and would stay in the bed all day if my daughter would allow it.

Then, there were other incidents, using language that a young child shouldn’t know or understand. Finally, when another little girl came over to spend the day, the both sat watching a movie on tv, masturbating.

I’ve never heard anything like it.
