Did you know that Mclean wrote a song named “Fatima”?
Thanks for the update. Glad to hear you are ok, I’ve been wondering about you. I have a Freeper friend in New York who says she has lots of snow but otherwise is ok. Keep inside and safe LJ.
Some good links here; http://www.drudgereport.com/
No,Is it spiritual or the funny one?
Hi Potlatch ((((Hugs))))Never got through this whole thread.Baby G who is 16 months old stay over 2 nights.Do you know he actually picked up our lamp on the end table and went to throw it -hehehhehe-.They are still here and my daughter will be leaving after his nap.Her husband is in Rhode Island. His crew is working on the electric lines up there.
Vaya Con Dios.
I have the song if you should want it.
Hi sweetie. I don’t know where you are located but glad you, baby G and your daughter are safe. Hope her husband stays safe too. I’m glad to be in Texas, when we get hurricane warnings we board up and leave, lol. ((HUGS))
We are in Pa.Only got 6 inches in our neck of the woods and no winds.Lucked Out:)
I was born in Carnegie, Pa but we moved when I was about 8yrs old. Still have tons of relatives up there and talk to them on Facebook, lol!
Kind of 60’s spiritually fanciful. Fatima is a fortune teller. It’s not meant to be taken too seriously. I’m sure you can find the lyrics on line.
We only had 10-12”. Have you managed to dig out yet?
Thanks for the heads up on Drudge’s links. They were entertaining as well as informative.
I feel wicked lucky the power didn’t go off on us because keeping power is rare; losing it is de rigeur.
You lucked out, didn’t you!
Took hubby almost 4 hours with a snowblower to clear us out and our driveway’s only about 50 feet long.
Looks like a couple feet of snow, maybe a little more.
We did!
The snow storms have been staying to the south of us for the last 3-4 years.
Don’t eat the yellow snow.
Glad the link helped. I have Drudge linked in my toolbar and go there many times a day to get the latest headlines. Hope your power stays on, I’ve been through a week without power after hurricanes and it sure isn’t any fun. Take care.
Try this:
I’d love to receive Vaya Con Dios. I have a precious grandson who needs it sung to him.
I hope today was a better day, Lady Jag, and that your family and property are safe. Warmer temps on the way.
Longest we went without power was 13 days many years ago and it was during cold weather.
This is a first for us not to lose power at the slightest wind gust or raindrop so we are thrilled.
