Does anyone trust the government to not use the information supplied in background checks to create a national database of firearms owners?
Of course not. When it would be so easy to build a background-check system that's PROVABLY anonymous to those being checked, and they chose not to do that, what else could be their intent but to compile a [illegal] database?
