note to self: anyone offering to help build a bomb is probably an FBI agent.

"Llaneza's stated goal was to trigger a governmental crackdown, which he expected would trigger a right-wing counter-response against the government followed by, he hoped, civil war," the Justice Department says. He had a lot of faith that the government would overreact in a very oppressive way.
...then walked a safe distance away and tried to set it off, when he was then arrested.
I would love to have seen the look on his face when nothing happened.

I don’t think that is the correct picture of him. I think that one is the renegade Democrat murderer in California. I was searching his name too, and that came up, but on a loser look it was from a link to the California Democrat lunatic.

Fortunately these clowns are universally stupid enough to believe the stranger who says they can help with explosives.

Who's dreaming up such crazy conspiracy tales? Next thing you know, they'll claiming that he wanted to push and drug a rich nerd with a high grade average into doing it for him. ;-)

Political violence almost always comes from the Left when it isn’t a jihadi.
In this case, you have a leftist wishing he was a jihadi.
Oh well. If only we had more gun control laws.

Conservative Republicans do not bomb banks. Marxist “Occupy” types do.

That’s how Llaneza saw it but I personally think the left is becoming unhinged over the fact that their great savior is bringing about nothing but destruction. They can’t accept it so they lash out at the right.
Cognitive dissonance.
