The most likely scenario is that he is in Mexico and hooked up with the Zetas or one of the other cartels.
I think most of his actions are misdirections.
Could be. California is turning into the same type of confusing situation that is South of the border with cops shooting cops and others and we do not really know why. The State is going down.
Any one can have any legit grief against anything to cover up for underlying evil motives. A sinner is a sinner, and some will use cop outs subconsciously to satisfy inner lusts of power.
One thing is for sure in this equation, however. If no one has anything to lose (which is the case for homosexuals who dangerously make the sociopathic lying claim they have lovers they love and don’t want to risk losing), we are going to see more and more of this. These people are not oriented towards life.
There should be stop gaps in the machinery when government breaks down, but this guy apparently does not want the stop gap. He wants the communist machinery of pimping expertise positioning without any stop gap in case his place is malfunctioning. He is trying to keep his job and moving on up as a master language manipulator of the whole system.
The whole system is now caught in its own trap because the Orwellian does not want to reveal or dilegitimize any cute Orwellianisms.
