A young Navy officer buddy pointed out that the guy didn’t have a NAM, the Navy Achievement Medal, which apparently everyone gets for keeping his nose clean for his first couple years.
Another indication of this guy being a real screw up. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s found frozen in a ditch. Or, if it’s not until Spring that he’s found, dead in a ditch with bugs up his nose, as we like to say.
