SAN BERNARDINO (KTLA) — Police evacuated an apartment complex in San Bernardino early Sunday after a report that fugitive Christopher Dorner was hiding there.
Tenants awoke to a swarm of armed cops circling Eureka Manor in San Bernardino.
It all happened around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday at 1525 E. Eureka Street. The raid was captured on cell phone video obtained exclusively by KTLA.
SWAT officers stormed a corner apartment as helicopters flew overhead. As a precaution, police ordered residents out through back windows.

Nowhere in the story does it mention THEY HAD A WARRANT, Did they have a search warrant?? They Ordered People out of their homes at GUNPOINT and then Held them Against their will, We learned in the OJ case that this is FELONY KIDNAPPING, and I can guarantee you they did not have a Warrant authorizing them to order Innocent Civilians out of their homes. I would not have left or complied with any of their ILLEGAL DEMANDS unless they had a WARRANT. The residents should be down at the station filing charges against all of them, and talking to lawyers for CIVIL RIGHTS ABUSES.

A few busted down doors, abused Consititional rights of the citizens are but a “bump in the road “ to quote their champion...
I’ll go one step further, I believe there is now a Majority of Americans that are just plain STUPID.
Just think about the sheer mayhem you can generate with a few phone calls. Kinda reminds me of the bad guy in the first Die Hard movie. “You wanted miracles, I give you the FBI.”
The opportunity to SWAT your enemies is through the roof.
Given the broken axle on his truck, I think he’s dead in the snow somewhere. This Spring they’ll find him in the area of the truck long dead in a ditch with bugs up his nose.
