Media hubs the world over are based in major cities with most workers living within an hour commute range. High density living manufactures leftists out of any demographic. As cities grow to the size that everything within commute range is high-density it becomes impossible to hire a politically balanced staff to match the general population. However the internet changes everything. Media hubs can now spawn mini-hubs anywhere. They can now follow the white flight out of the high crime cities and gain a competitive cost advantage.

Leftists do.

They’re inherently more aggressive, and that’s why they are winning.

I think that Romney should have challenged the 100% + rat turn out districts. They can’t prevent it if they sit by and let panthers throw out poll watchers.

People may say they lead conservative lives but they still want and love Big Government.

Sadly, you are right. The most irritating point about life in Pittsburgh has gone national. Most people around here live their lives as "small c" conservatives (pro-life, hard working, church attending, gun owning, take care of family and home, traditional values, etc.)

Yet they are always eager to embrace bigger government to butter their slice of the bread or to "make things fair for da WORKIN' MAN!"

Also, too many “moderates” don’t have the guts to admit that they’re liberal.

One thing about Liberals - they always want to tell everyone else about how everyone is a Liberal, rather than discuss right and wrong, or the efficacy of policies, or why our economy is on track to collapse ([cough]Leftism).

Ideology is maleable. Liberals get mugged, and every so often, somebody like Reagan comes along and aggresively dengrates leftism and in both cases, the populace trends right. Conversely, when idiots in our party avoid confrontation and try to play nice to appeal to leftists, they push the electorate left. You don’t just fight on this battlefield - you mold it by your actions and your rhetoric. The populace are lemmings, if nothing else. Four more years of Obama should prove that to anyone. You don’t lead Lemmings from behind, or gently ask them to go in a direction. Anybody who doesn’t get that shouldn’t be involved in any leadership aspect of the movement.

But by all means, keep telling us to be nicer to our Liberal brethren, so the lemmings will want to like them too. Reasonable idiocy is quite fashionable these days, and Liberals do so approve of that.
