WE NEED A LIST OF THE TRIGGER PULLERS.
That’s what I’ve been saying, stating it as those GIVING THE ORDERS. They need to know (and fear) that they are priority targets. Perhaps a little not-too-covert surveillance of their homes and hangouts would be in order. But I have a problem with targeting their families as well. Adult male relatives, maybe. Wives, kids, nieces and nephews? No. That would make us no better than the terrorists we hate.
But (and a big but) they don’t need to know that their families are not at risk . If they did they’d just use them as human shields, like Muslims do.
