On November 9th, 2012 erstwhile Maricopa County Cold Case Posse (MCCCP)“Investigator” Mike Zullo signed a massively expanded and updated second “affidavit” concerning his alleged investigation intothe identity documents of President Barack Obama. I refer to it as an “alleged investigation” because there is very little investigative work to be found within the pages of the affidavit. To the extent it recounts lines of enquiry, they without exception all end in futility. To the extent it purports to recount “facts,” they are all recounted second hand, most of them ruthlessly plagiarized from the “work” of other birthers. To the extent that anyone appears to be the principal investigator here, it is certainly not Mike Zullo but instead a person who is not even officially a posse member; birther “journalist” Jerome Corsi of the right-wing website World Net Daily (WND). And to the extent this affidavitrepresents a statement from Mike Zullo, it represents the near complete abandonment of even the pretense that he is an unbiased investigator instead of an ordinary, run-of-the-mill birther.

The affidavit appears to serve three purposes:

First, it is an opportunity for Zullo to vent his personal frustration with how badly he believes he was treated by officials from the State of Hawai‘i. His complaints to that effect show blissful ignorance of the fact that Zullo was entirely responsible for setting the tone and tenor of that adversarial relationship..........

I read every bit of the 50 page drivel this anti-birther wrote about the honorable Lt. Mike Zullo of the Maricopa County Sheriff Department's Cold Case Posse. I was not impressed and after reading it, you wont either. Lt. Mike Zullo and a elite team of 4 took on a gallant task to investigate Obama's long form birth certificate that he released on April 27th, 2011. The results of their investigation was astonishing. After thousands of hours of hard work, the final conclusion was the alleged birth certificate that President Obama released to the public was built on a computer. It was a forgery. Not only that but Lt. Mike Zullo also uncovered that Obama's Selective Service Registrations U.S. Postal Pica Date Stamp was also fraudulent. Zullo went to Hawaii to try to get to the truth but the Hawaii Dept. Of Heath blocked his efforts. Lead investigator Zullo issued sworn 68 point affidavit attesting to the facts of the Cold Case Posse's results into Obama's birth and the Hawaii Dept. Of Health's refusal to comply and help with their investigation.

Now enter the anti-birther who took it upon himself to write a seriously flawed 50 page point by point piece with the goal of trying to obfuscate the true facts about Obama's birth and his documents that Lt. Mike Zullo issued in his affidavit. He call's it 'The Annotated Zullo'. First of all, what would prompt such a individual to initiate this endeavor? Is it his obsession with Zullo himself or is it something else? If you read it, you will find that it contains very immature petty remarks specifically targeted at the CCP investigative results. The author in question in a childish manner berates Zullo's work all through his writings. For one thing, I can not find anything where he is credible that qualifies him to take on a investigation of this magnitude. For one, he is not a expert in law enforcement investigations. He most definitely is not a expert in the attestation of documents in order to determine their authenticity. And finally, he is no lawyer. One thing is clear though, 'The Annotated Zullo' fails on every level of trying to debunk Lt. Mike Zullo and the rest of Sheriff Arpaio's Cold Case Posse's investigative results into Barack Obama's fraudulent documentation.

Here's something to ponder.

I think it more likely that the trip from Kenya actually occurred in August 1961, shortly after BHO-II's birth at the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa.
Ann and her newborn son flew from Nairobi to London, via BOAC Flight BA162 and then took the non-stop BOAC flight from London to Vancouver, Canada.
She then traveled the 110 miles or so, across the border, to Seattle in time to start Fall Semester, night-school extension classes at the University of Washington.
The trip would be challenging for a new mother, but she was young, healthy, intelligent, and capable.
BOAC was very accomodating to mothers with young children back in the 1960s. No real problem!
