A hacked telepromptor would be humorous, but I certainly wouldn’t announce my intentions if I were going to do that! Best would be to just make some subtle changes that completely inverse the intent of the speech. Pretty good chance Obama wouldn't even realize it, and his horrified handlers would be frantically debating whether or not to interrupt him before he says too much. :)
