Yes. Even served as a bishop. He supported homosexual rights in 1994 when he ran against Ted Kennedy for a U.S. Senate seat in MA. He denied the Boy Scouts the opportunity to volunteer at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, UT. It was on his watch around 2004 as governor of MA that MA became the 1st state to pass homosexual marriage - granted it was the state supreme court which did it. Plus, the Catholic Charities in MA stopped placeing adoptions because the state was going to make them place them with homosexual couples - again on Romney's watch as governor.
The pieces are falling in place. BSA is caught in a witches brew between (1) Human Rights Campaign, (2) LDS Church, (3) Ernst & Young, (4) AT&T, and (5) BHO. For BSA to survive, the Catholic Church and the Southern Baptists are going to have to step up and fend off the homosexualists. I am not hopeful that the Methodists will stand up and do the right thing. The next 3 months will tell all.
