Yes. Perhaps irreversibly.
Fortunately, the flash mob crimes in NYC are less violent, so far anyway. http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2013/02/04/flash-mob-mayhem-violent-groups-of-teens-leave-nyc-neighborhoods-in-disarray/
FReeper nathanbedford disputes this, asserting that in the U.S., all politics are not local; all politics are racial.
I have to agree with this. 50 years of race-mongering politics by the Left have brought this upon us. The system needs to be race-neutral, but the favored groups squeal like stuck pigs at the thought of doing away with racial preference systems, AKA Affirmative Action. On the flip side, any problems within any minority groups cannot be discussed, as anyone bringing them up in a negative way is immediately labelled a Racist. Thus, the problems go largely undiscussed and unaddressed. This is a real problem for the country in many, many ways.
I never know that..
Recently a group of revelers in Fort Erie, Ontario celebrated the Canadian victory in the War of 1812. Then they took a bus to Buffalo and celebrated the American victory in the War of 1812.
1812, the win-win war.
Restless natives? How about creeping anarchy?
