How can he have the face to even say something like that?
Here's a guy who has, with deliberate and malicious calculation, goaded one group of people against another group of people in this country ... and YET calls himself a leader.
The ONE advantage America has enjoyed over and above all the others (and which ASSURES all other advantages) is our time abiding and nearly seamless national identity ... which has carried us through very challenging times and in the face of nearly insurmountable odds.
Though our national character is NOT perfect and is continually perfecting itself to include all who proudly call themselves ‘American’, it served/serves to make and keep us strong, when almost all else may have failed.
Where any other nation may have collapsed and failed under the same or even, lesser challenges to its sovereignty and security... the US prevailed because its CITIZENS saw themselves as secure in their unity ... and legitimately entitled to remain so!
Our ‘President’ is himself just a worthless piece of social debris. He's a guy who does not and never HAS understood what a blood and soul tie to anything IS or is WORTH!!
He could no sooner comprehend the American national character and its determination to remain sovereign than he could comprehend the national character of ANY OTHER people!! I suspect that is why foreign policy (among many other things) is such a mystery to him!
Our president? Sorry but as far as I am concerned, but we do presently not have a president. Like it or not, but that is the way it is
By letting him stay in office, while he continues to trash our country makes me wonder who the biggest 'crack-pots' are!!!
