An armed leftwing self-confessed murderer is killed in a gun battle with police. But for some, even murderous leftwingers are sometimes right - but cops are never right.
Sure cops are right sometimes, maybe even most of the time.
Not when they are shooting two old ladies for no cause.
Not when they plan and the execute the plan to burn someone to death. As others have posted they had no idea if anyone else was in the house.
Oh and don’t forget this murderous leftwinger used to be a cop. How you jack boot lovers forget that so easily.
Here is a valid question then. If a cop stops you in the street, draws his weapon and points at your head, do you have a legal right to do the same to defend yourself?
The answer "No" means that you are state property, and every state warden can execute you for any reason or for no reason. Hardly the land of the free; more like the land of the cattle.
The answer "Yes" means that the cop who drew upon you can now scream into his radio that he is under attack, and his buddies will then empty their weapons into you (or near you, as their accuracy permits.)
The answer "Yes" also creates the situation that you were asking about.
