Not running away, just tired of talking with a psychopath who would sooner lay waste to a cabin (and subsequently kill potential hostages inside and possibly start a forest fire) in the woods before trying other methods of subjugation of a criminal. His Navy buddies could have probably defused the situation via cellphone/bullhorn/in-person talks, but we will never know since people who think like you insisted on burning everything to the ground.

You cannot compare Dorner to Hassan, because Dorner refused to kill many people that Hassan otherwise would have. McVeigh destroyed an entire building full of innocent people, again no comparison to Dorner since he refused to kill when the opportunities presented themselves.

Go see a doctor, and quit wasting my time with your nonsensical statements.

If Dorner was totally physcho he would have had a bigger body count. He had the weapons to cause more damage. It looked like he did not really have a plan once he killed the first set of people.

We can all be thankful after 6 days of terror, that POS either killed himself or died as a result of properly applied deadly force by law enforcement.

If you feel it wasn't properly applied, file a lawsuit. Let me know the verdict.

I don’t get your arguments. Please elaborate.

by John C. Hall, J.D.

Federal constitutional standards permit law enforcement officers to use deadly force to apprehend criminal suspects when there is "probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a threat of serious physical harm...to the officer or to others..." and if deadly force "is necessary" to effect the apprehension.1 This formulation of the constitutional rule by the Supreme Court suggests two factors - dangerousness and necessity - as relevant to the question whether deadly force is constitutionally permissible.

A better way to handle it is to have a massive explosion on your way out. Make them think twice after one or two of those.

Dorner refused to kill many people that Hassan otherwise would have.

That you even make that allegation proves what an imbecile you are. You have absolutely no hard evidence supporting your opinion.

His Navy buddies could have probably defused the situation

Pure speculation and conjecture on your part, psycho.

You cannot compare Dorner to Hassan

They are both cold blooded killers and evil scum. You are pathetic!

So what about the use of deadly force when there is no weapons? Like I said before you are OK with the cops just using deadly force whenever they feel like it.

Sean Bell, Jose Guerana, John T Williams, Dialo Amadou and a whole list of others were not criminal suspects but all were shot multiple times and the officers were all found justified in shooting.

Orlando retired cop killed his son and he just walked too.

Kill a cop, get executed by the cops. Cops kill a citizen and they walk free.

I used to totally trust the police in my part of the world but with recent happenings I am more concerned about “law enforcement” than I am about lawbreakers.

The government has always been willing to spend ten thousand dollars to collect ten dollars in unpaid taxes, I am afraid that we are about to realize that government is willing to kill ten thousand citizens to eliminate one suspected criminal. When they open up on random citizens who are not even of the same sex as the criminal they are supposed to be looking for simply because they are driving something SIMILAR to the vehicle the suspect is ALLEGED to be driving it is obvious that things are out of control.

It has been said that the government inevitably usurps the function of the criminal and becomes a greater danger to the citizens than the criminal could ever be.

It sounds to me like he, and some others on this thread will be cheering and handing the cops medals when they burn the rest of us to death.

But we need to watch out for this intentional police arson of a dwelling and its inhabitants being used against future "tea party terrorists" who "refuse to comply with firearms inspection laws" or whatnot.

Yup. They will kick in someones door in the middle of the night. The home owner will shoot at them. Then they will burn down every man woman and child there while some from this thread cheer them on.
