It’s the 8% approvers that get the aid.
Are the 92% the ones that hand make weapons in squalid little villages in the mountains? With hammers and files and foot operated machinery. The 8%’rs meanwhile live in the lap of luxury at our expense. Same old same old with all the backwaters. All the aid gets hung up entering the country and the ones that need it never get it. So, why are we sending them money and supplies again? (rhetorical of course.)
