Do we fill one witness slip period?

Or,

One witness slip for each of the two meetings?

I have read at the Illinois carry forum you can do one witness slip for each session. Unless and until I can get confirmation of that, I’m just doing the one for Springfield. I don’t want to muddy the waters with what might be the equivalent of multiple voting (even if it is Chicago).
