As a result we have halted sales of rifles, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, machine guns, and silencers to New York governmental agencies.
For “civilian” customers residing in New York: At your choice, we will: •Complete your order and ship to a dealer of your choice outside of NY. •Refund your payment in full. •Hold your items here for up to 6 months, at no charge – if you are in the process of leaving NY and taking residence in another state.
For LE/Govt customers in New York: Your orders have been cancelled.

One wonders how long it will be before the MarxoFascists enact some kind of legislation to force arms manufacturers to comply with their orders or face Alphabet Soup harassment to drive them from business altogether?
Mark my words - private arms companies following York Arms’ suit will not be tolerated. In an event such as NerObama declaring a national emergency - I would bet he would order the seizure of every arms manufacturer and requisition the plants for the regime.
Either that - or sweet government contracts with other arms MFRS will end up resembling a Fascist partnership to the exclusion of the civvie population.

We should all fire off a letter to this Ammoland Company letting them know we appreciate their stand on this issue.
Not familiar with their Company, but you can be sure that I’ll be checking out their site and if I’m in the market for an item the have, they will have my business.
Could this be what the Administration anticipated and one of the reasons they bought all that ammo?

Interesting. And nothing can be done to force those companies to do business with anti-Second-Amendment state or local governments. Can’t force a man to do good work—not with hysterical threats, “EOs” from imaginary dictators, flying saucers or other conspiracy yarns. Way to go, York Arms!
