1) Only the POTUS can authorize a CBA (cross border authority) command for a rescue mission in a foreign nation.

2) No rescue mission was attempted.

Equals Fact Three:

3) 0bama turned his back on 41 State Dept. and CIA employees refusing to issue a CBA command and went to bed so he could go to Las Vegas the next day.

What should be fully obvious to the many at this site is that
this allegation of what Brennan pulled off with the blessings
of the CIC, turn out to be true, then the only recourse,
the House of Representatives can take is to impeach the CIC.
And of course in this particular case, the Senate have the
balls to proceed with an effective impeachment trial.
It is no more complicated then that.

If I got the context right I believe that in the hearing Panetta saiid “troops were being deployed”. Far as I know no one followed up and asked “then why weren’t they?”
