If you think the economy is in the toilet now, just see what happens when the 10 year Treasury rate is 8% within a week and the going rate for a fully conforming 1st mortgage is around 12%. Not to mention what that will do to the price of the dollar, the capital levels of banks after seeing their US Treasury portfolio decline by 10 - 15%. The potential of that is the total financial system collapse we barely avoided in 2008.

They always seem to show up for N.Korean nuke tests. The 2 countries are working hand in hand - nothing new.

They are stating the obvious. Iranians had been present in NK’s rocket tests and nuke tests.
Why is this a new revelation?
So what are they going to do about it? Setting up MD base and deploy interceptors in SK? It seems that it is the only measures they can think of. If so, are they willing to shoot NK missiles down? If not, who bother? It is another face-saving gimmick laughed at by NK regime. Additionally, they vowed to tighten sanction which has gaping hole called China, which would also invite ridicule from NK.

New activity detected at North Korea nuclear site

The analysts also found activity in two different parts of the site. They said that if the North detonated the bomb in a tunnel in the northern area, “then the southern tunnel would be readily available for a fourth test.”
