As the U.S. Department of Homeland Security expands its outsourcing of detention across the nation, potential contractors are being forewarned to abide by the Obama administrations kinder, gentler approach to detaining illegal aliens.
DHS Immigration & Customs Enforcement most recently embarked upon the outsourcing plan in Georgia, where it will continue to push the administrations reform agenda to create a civil, rather than penal, processing system.
According to contracting documents that WND located through routine database research, the Georgia outsourcing endeavor requires providers to offer detainees, among other perks, abundant natural light throughout the facility [and] ample indoor and outdoor recreation that allows for vigorous aerobic exercise with extended hours of availability.

He can make them real comfy and this his food stamp and entitlement voters are going to beat the heck out of them and kills some of them.
More people to divide the free goodies with? And Obama thinks his sons and daughters are going to be happy?
uh- huh.. sure.
Thankfully Medicare and Social Security are operating with huge surpluses, otherwise when Obama and the elite in Congress (representing both pandering Parties) give illegals amnesty, they will get full rights to dip into a trough that most Americans have paid into, but they have paid nothing. CCA and GEO, who manage most private detention centers, insist they aren’t trying to influence immigration policy to make more money, and their lobbying and campaign donations have been legal.
Obama can make sure they get their FaceBook account ,with the billions in tax breaks he’s giving FaceBook
Chris Crane, president of the 7,000-member union---the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council---has filed a lawsuit against DHS Secy Janet Napolitano, challenging Obama's newly-minted non-deportation policies that make most illegal immigrants ineligible for deportation policies that ICE agents say force them to ignore their own sworn duty to uphold US law.
At Wednesdays Senate hearing, Mr. Crane was forced to testify alongside an illegal immigrant vote-crazed Senate Democrats called in to testify.
Under legacy-obsessed Obama's suck-up, illegal aliens are a low priority for deportation (b/c they each cast several votes for vote-crazed Democrats---using multiple identities).
Give them to Sheriff Arapio of Arizona to keep in the Tent City Jail in the Hot Phoenix Desert.
