Emeryville is Barbara Lee/Nancy Skinner country. These people despise the Constitution, they despise anyone who tries to defend it.
They have the chief they deserve.
I would like to ask the Chief, that in light of his views on why the officers carry guns, if perhaps Christopher Dorner would have been an ideal officer in Emeryville.
