This was a “good” mistake on the part of the police. I can see how it was made in good faith.
Had I been stopped for the same, I would have thanked them for their attention to details...even if wrong.

Even if it was a picture of a pot plant, that doesn’t give them cause to pull you over.
And, BTW, no, I can’t see the mistake being made in good faith. It looks nothing like a pot plant, with the possible exception that both plants are green.
